Trail covers historic downtown San Antonio along the Paseo del Rio or "Riverwalk" through the King William district, La Villita, HemisFair Park, the Institute of Texan Cultures, San Fernando Cathedral and Mission San Antonio de Valero better known as "The Alamo". Numerous restaurants are located along the walk. Open daily.

Driving to the start box
405 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78205. From I-35 N/S, take McCullough exit (Exit 157B0 and procced to St. Mary's. Turn right at St. Mary's to Lexington, turn left for two blocks (Lexington becomes 4th) and the start is on your left From US 281/I-37S, take McCullough exit (Exit 141 C) and proceed to St. Mary's. Turn left at St. Mary's and go two blocks to Lexington, turn left for two blocks (Lexington becomes 4th) and the start is on the left. DO NOT PARK IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT.
