Long description

24 Hours fitness is open 24 hours daily, call for holiday hours. Ask for the Walk Box at the main check in counter. Stroll along sidewalks and bike paths following Laguna Creek through several subdivisions. Enjoy this easy walk any time of year and expect to see a variety of birds, squirrels, and other critters as you walk by the protected waterway. This walk is suitable for all walkers, pets, and children. Strollers and/or wheelchairs are not suggested as path is narrow and over gravel for portions of the walk. Water and restrooms are along route.

Take Hwy 99 South from Sacramento, exit Sheldon Rd, left at signal light onto Sheldon Rd approximately 1 mile crossing Bruceville Rd; Sheldon Rd becomes Center Pkwy. 24 Hour Fitness is in the movie theater/shopping center complex on the right.
