It is now composed of primarily upscale, custom-built homes on large residential lots on gently rolling hills and an abundance of trees, plant life, birds, and wildlife. Incorporated. The City Park features a large pavilion, picnic tables, and barbecue building along a quiet, tree-shaded stream.
