Begin in the Town Centre section of Neptune Beach. This small beach community has many local restaurants and shops, including Pete's Bar made famous in John Grisham's novel The Brethren. Walk through the eclectic residential area of Neptune Beach with many old Florida 1950 and 1960's style beach homes. Continue into the newly redeveloped pavilion area of Jacksonville Beach with more restaurants and shops. Take a few minutes to enjoy Pablo Historical Park. Based on the tides, you will be able to walk along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean either on the outbound walk or when returning.
Distance: 10K and 5K, Rating: 1C
Walk Box located on shelf to the right as you walk in. Check the Tide schedule. If high tide there could be little beach to walk on.
