Event information
Market is open daily 6am to 11pm. Walk box is on the far left corner of the counter in the coffee area. Walk the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail, a former rail line converted to a trail that is partially paved. This walk has 3 different 5K loops. Loop 1 will take you along the trail and through the neighborhoods. Loop 2 will take you on a trail past a tranquil pond and continues on a quiet and scenic trail with views of mature native oak trees and open-space fields that stretch to the Sacramento River. Loop 3 will take you along the trail and through hidden walkways in the Southport neighborhood. Restrooms available at the Nugget Market. There are also restrooms on Loop 1 at Memorial Park. The trail is now paved for 1 1/2 miles, then continues with crushed stone.

2000 Town Center Plaza, W Sacramento, CA 95691, (916) 375-8700. From Sacramento: take US-50/Business 80/Cap City Fwy, take Jefferson Blvd exit, turn left on Jefferson Blvd, turn left on Lake Washington Blvd. Turn right into the shopping center. From Davis: take I-80 eastbound and merge onto US-50. Take the Jefferson Blvd exit and turn right. Turn left on Lake Washington Blvd. Turn right into the shopping center.
