Store hours: M-Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 10am-10pm. This Monterey County walk winds through a cemetery, uphill to a community college (11km only), around downtown Monterey past historic buildings that exemplify the past of Monterey and early California, out Fisherman's Wharf (11k only) and along a rec trail with stunning views of Monterey Bay.

Driving to the start box
500 Del Monte, Monterey, CA 93940-2405. From Hwy 1 S take the Pacific Grove/Del Monte turn off. Continue S to 500 Del Monte. Lopez Taqueria & Liquor on left. Enter from Del Monte. The walk box is a cabinet at the counter. After registering, please move your car one block farther on Figueroa to the free parking by the ball park.
