Event information
Dawn, finish by dusk. The trails lead up and down steep slopes to scenic overlooks and provide access to spectacular views of Pea's Creek "canyon". With its sandstone cliffs, native plant communities and deep wooded river valley, The Ledges is a truly unique place. Walk features a 5k flat loop (1B) and 5k challenge loop (3B). One of 20 Iowa State Parks in 2020/ Boone County.

Driving to the start box
From Hwy 30, take Hwy 17 south. Right on 250th St, follow signs to park, then signs for camppground. Walk box is at host campsite #50.
