Event comments
About a 1.5 hour drive from Ashland, so a hike best coordinated with the Casey State Park walk. A challenge hike with more trails nearby to explore. Not far from Crater Lake, which will also be sanctioned for a walk this year. The 5km option can be done by arranging a drop off at the trail intersection on Abbott Creek Rd and walking back to the Natural Bridge parking lot or walk from the Natural Bridge parking lot to the turnaround at Abbott Creek Rd and arrange for a pick up there. Challenges: Forests, Mountains, Nature, Landmark, Waterway.

Event information
Event is a Regional Conference walk 16-19 June and offered through the OSB 12 June to 30 September. Marvel at the Land Bridge with the Rogue River disappearing into a lava tube and re-emerging downstream. Walk along the raging Rogue River listening to tumbling waters, while staring up at 200-foot tall old growth Douglas Firs on a 3.5 mile path.
