This will be a Saturday only event this year. The Waring Fish Fry, typically on Sunday, has been cancelled this year due to Covid. The Lane Valley Community Center will offer breakfast and lunch food concession for your convenience.

Event information
The Seesaw Trail consists of two 5K trails - one paralleling the Guadalupe River and a private landing strip, the other passes the old railroad depot and follows a lightly traveled paved road. Both routes offer scenic Hill Country views. Restrooms will be available at the hall only.

Driving to the start
205 Ave C, Waring, TX From San Antonio take IH 10 West, exit 527 and follow signs to Waring. From Kerrville or Fredericksburg take IH 10 East, exit 524 and follow signs to FM 1621 to Waring. From Austin, take US 290 west to US 281. Go south to FM 473. Turn west and go through Sisterdale staying on FM 473 for 28 miles to Waring Welfare Road. Turn south for about 3 miles to Waring Hall.
