Begin your walk in a hotel that hosted Hollywood's rich and famous visitors to Hearst Castle, and reportedly is haunted by the ghost of Rudolph Valentino. Visit several historic neighborhoods, including Santa Maria's first planned residential development at Palm Court. Enjoy the campus of Allan Hancock college, housing the world-famous PCPA with Broadway-quality theater productions. AHC offers a four-year degree, so both distances qualify for the Pacific Region University Walkin' SP.

801 South Broadway, Santa Maria, CA 93455From 101 Southbound: Exit #170 Stowell Road. Turn right at the light (Bradley) and backtrack to Stowell Road. Turn left, and drive 0.9 mi to Broadway. Turn right. Santa Maria Inn is 0.3 mi on your left.From 101 Northbound: Exit #170 Stowell Road. Curve around to right and follow right lane onto Stowell Road. Straight at light at Bradley, and follow instructions above.Please park on side of hotel or in parking structure in back.
