Event information
One of the most densely populated areas in the country, Isla Vista is the quintessential College Town. Artsy, chic, and academic, this town of the Central Coast is not to be missed. Walk along lagoons, campus dorms and classrooms, and the energetic Isla Vista downtown area. Enjoy a pre- or post-walk coffee from this highly-rated boutique coffee shop. Water and restrooms available along the route. Stairs on one part of campus will pose a slight problem for strollers/wheelchairs (alternate directions on map).

Driving to the start box
948 Embarcadero del Norte, Goleta, CA 93117 Cafe Hours: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (stamp books at start of walk if finishing before dusk but after 6:30 pm) From 101 North: Take exit 107 Los Carneros Rd. Left for 1.7 miles to El Colegio Rd, then turn left for 3 blocks to Embarcadero Del Norte. Turn right for 7 blocks and Caje is on the left, between Madrid and Seville, next to Woodstock's Pizza. From 101 South: Take exit 107 Los Carneros Rd and turn right. Follow directions above. Please park along street and save parking lot for customers.
