5660 Commercial St SE, Salem, 503-364-4192, daily 6 AM to midnight. From 1-5 North or Southbound EXIT 249 on Kuebler Blvd West towards Salem. Left on Commercial St to 2nd traffic light at Fabry Rd. Safeway on left. Black walk binder at Customer Service.
