Event information
Our Historic Huntsville walk travels through the Huntsville Madison County Veterans Memorial, the Twickenham and Old Town historic districts; you will pass antebellum commercial structures, downtown parks and lake, Maple Hill Cemetery where 200 Confederate soldiers and more than 180 Union soldiers are buried. There are several hills and steps on the walk.

500 Church St., Suite One, Huntsville, AL 35801.From I 565 Eastbound take Exit 19C onto Jefferson St. Turn right on Monroe St. Turn right on Church St. Cross the RR tracks. The Visitors Center is on the right. From I 565 Westbound take Exit 19A, to Jefferson St. and follow the directions above.
