Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Snow and /or ice cancels event. Route is gradually uphill to the halfway point then downhill back to start. One long staircase on campus. Dirt trails in park.

M-Sat 9:30am-5:30pm, Sun 10am-4pm. Closed major holidays. No pets on campus. New Route! Walk thru the vibrant UNR campus on the way to Rancho San Rafael park, a quiet oasis with botanical gardens and a museum. Also includes downtown and the Riverwalk.

Driving to the start box
10 Lake St S, Reno, NV 89501-1558. (775)333-9300. From Hwy 395 N or S, exit I-80 W, exit Wells. Turn left on Wells. From I-80 E or W, exit Wells. E will turn right onto Wells, W will turn left onto Wells. Turn right onto Mill and right at Museum Dr. Parking lot on left.
