Event information
The route is along the paved Chief Sealth Trail uphill to a panoramic view of downtown, lake, Cascades and Mt Baker. It is followed with a gentle descent into quiet neighborhoods to the beautiful Kubota Japanese Garden (free), and through Old town Rainier Beach.

Driving to the start box
8825 Martin Luther King Jr Way S, Seattle, WA 98118. From Link Light Rail Station, Vegetable Bin & Polynesian Deli is opposite corner. From I-5:Northbound Exit # 157(MLK Way) stay RIGHT on exit ramp toward MLK Way. I-5 southbound Exit #158 (Boeing Access Rd/ E. Marginal Way) LEFT onto Boeing Access Rd crossing over I-5 to MLK Way S. LEFT on MLK Way S to Henderson and Rainier Light Rail station on the LEFT. LEFT into limited parking.
