Long description
Friedrich Wilderness Park is a natural area. The Park has improved trails and runs through traditional hill country scenery. The 12k is rated 2C; the 10k is rated 3C; the 5k is rated 1B. Hiking Boots and poles recommended. Park opens daily at 7:30am.

Comments
The park entrace gate is closed one hour before sunset. No pets allowed in the park. Restrooms and water are available at the start of the walk. The Park is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Driving to the start box
19793 W I-10, 78257-1683. N on I-10 (from San Antonio). Exit 552 (DOMINION), continue W on I-10 Frontage for 1.5 miles. LEFT at turnaround at Dominion, under I-10. Return E on I-10 Frontage 1.7 miles to Rodeway Inn on RIGHT. S on I-10 (From Boerne). Exit 554 (CAMP BULLIS). Rodeway Inn on RIGHT immediately after exiting I-10. Walk Box located on table in main lobby. After registering drive to Start Point at Friedrich Park.
