Event comments

Normally Gorge Days Festival is held this day in the same area but it is unsure what COVID restrictions will allow. This walk was held in 2020 and steps were taken to insure everyone was safe. Masks are required at registration but not while walking as it is easy to maintain a safe distance from other walkers.

Event information

The Walk will have 2 five km loops both rated 1B. LOOP #1 will walk along the Columbia River into Ft Cascades on natural trails. Loop #2 will walk on paved sidewalks most of the way (Heritage, Big Foot & Discovery Trails). If they have the antique car show this year a small portion will be on grass fields, so that you can get as close to the cars as you feel safe. Suitable for stroller on Loop 2. Difficult for wheelchairs on loop 2.
