Event comments
1) For all Volkssporting events on IN/DNR properties during 2021 there is a 2-1/4 inch single die cast medal with a scenic photo from an Indiana State Park. The cost for the Header, Bar and IVV credit on the day of the event is $15. The cost for the bar and IVV credit on the day of the event is $10. Pre-registration discounts may apply. 2) Pre-registration is available, and closes on July 30, 2021. For information on pre-registration, please download the flyer, or contact the POC. NO pre-registrations accepted via email or without payment. 3) A gate fee may be charged to enter the Park. Currently it is $7 for Indiana plated vehicles and $9 for out-of-state plated vehicles. 4) Pets must be kept on leashes, and owners are responsible for clean-up after their pet. 5) Warm and humid weather may be anticipated; the opposite may also be true. In any case, dress for the weather and carry water with you along the route. 6) ALL times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 7) For Covid-19 protocols in effect download the flyer.

Event information
The event routes make use of the Park's existing trail system, which offer unimproved, but groomed paths that meander through mostly flat and forested areas. If doing the 10-K route, moderate inclines may be encountered.

Driving to the start
Start Point in vicinity of Potato Creek State Park Nature Center, 25601 SR 4, North Liberty, IN 46554. At the intersection of US 31 and SR 4 exit Westbound onto SR 4. Follow the signs to Potato Creek State Park. Upon entering the Park follow the signs to the Nature Center. Upon arrival at the Nature Center look for IVV banner.
