Event information
Trail starts at the Park Site office for Pres. Harry S. Truman's birthplace, winds through downtown Lamar and proceeds along residential streets to Lamar City Park. The Veteran Memorial on the courthouse grounds now includes markers for three rear admirals from Lamar who served in WWII and under President Truman.

Driving to the start box
45 SE 1st Lane Exit I-49 onto US 160 going East. Super 8 is on the left. After registering, you will drive approximately two miles to the walk start. Driving directions are on the walk directions.
