Route includes Historic Railroad Square area & West End are on both 5 & 10k. City Hall across from Burbank Gardens at 100 Santa Rosa Ave near the start location. Prince Greenway & Joe Rodota Trail(Rails to Trails) on 5 & 10k. St Rose, Cherry Street and Burbank Historic Districts are on 10k. Goes through Downtown, too. Free Rockin' Concerts in the Village near the Start location weekend afternoons and Thurs. evenings. www.mvshops.com. Wednesday night Farmers Market (starts at 5pm) in the recently re-joined Courthouse Square downtown on the 10k route, or a couple blocks north from where you parked your car. First Friday Art Walks Downtown and SOFA (South A Street) Art Trails 2 weekends in October. Of course the Charles Schulz (creator of the Peanuts cartoon) Museum and Snoopy's Home Ice and gift shop is a short drive away in Northwest Santa Rosa.www.visitsantarosa.com.

REMOTE START Park away from the stores. Walk daily dawn to dusk. Open 6am to midnight. Call (707)542-3214 to verify holiday times. At registration, directions will be given to drive to a different start location. The walk will take you along the Prince Greenway, through Old Railroad Square where the Santa Rosa Visitor Center/California Welcome Center is located in the old train depot, where Shadow of a Doubt was filmed. Visit the History Museum of Sonoma County in the historic 1910 Post Office building and the new art museum near by. Several National Register of Historic Places!
