Let's celebrate National Walking Week together by enjoying some of the interesting history and sights of the independent City of Manassas. Mostly sidewalk and park paths.

how to get to the event

Driving to the start

9431 West Street, Manassas, Virginia ... From I-66, exit Rt 28 (Centreville) to Manassas and go several miles on Centreville Rd (Rt. 28), changes to Church St. in Manassas, becomes 1-way street. Left on West St, cross Center St and railroad tracks. Visitor Center on left in old train station. From I-95, Rt 234 (Exit 152) W to Manassas to Dumfries Rd. Right on Dumfries Rd, becomes Grant Ave in Manassas, to Prince William St (before railroad underpass). Right on Prince William St. to West St. Left on West St. Manassas Visitor Center located on right in old train station. Note four-hour parking.
