Driving to the start
12703 Outlaw Ranch Road. Take Hwy 16A east of Custer for 2.7 miles. Turn left at the Outlaw Ranch sign... American Creek Road. Follow curve on narrow oil road that turns into a gravel road for 1.25 miles. At the sign for Outlaw Ranch, turn right. Look for yellow Volksmarch signs
