Event information

Dawn to dusk. The route is in new neighborhoods & goes through several parks. In Whipple Creek Park, enjoy a nearby horse barn & the historic water wheel that is being restored. The 10 km route is mainly on city sidewalks & a graveled country road. The 5 km route is in the neighborhoods & does not go to Whipple Creek Park. A 2 km extension is offered on Whipple Creek Park's forested horse trail. This trail can be muddy after a rain making the rating 2B for the extension. Restrooms available at the Start/Finish only.

This event also has a physical start box. These are the driving directions:

800 NE Tenney Rd, Northbound - take the NE 134th St exit from I-5 (Exit #7) or I-205 (Exit #36). Turn left (west) on 134th St. Southbound - from I-5 take the I-205 exit (#7) & in a short distance take the 134th St exit (#36). Turn right (west) on 134th St. In either case, proceed 1/2 mile on 134th St to the Fred Meyer store on right. Ask for Walk Start Box at Customer Service.
