5am-10pm M-F, 7am-6pm Sat & Sun NOTE: YMCA Sunday hours are now 8 am-12pm only due to the pandemic. Walk includes 7 Veteran's Monuments!(5k-10k-15k walks) There is a 5k & 10k walk starting at the YMCA; a 5k walk starting at Silver Lake; and a 5k indoor walk at the Dover Mall. For the 15k you can walk a 10k and one 5k or three 5ks - directions and maps are in the walk box. Dover is the Capital of Delaware. This walk is stock full of historic buildings and sites. Delaware is the First State, after all. There's also a park with a lake, tree-lined streets, a very old cemetery and the State Leg
