Event comments
The walk includes grass and wood chip trail around the lake and paved for the remainder of the walk. Fairfield is unique; it has come to be known as Iowa's most creative and eclectic small city. Fairfield is home to Maharishi University which features a "consciousness-based education" system that includes the practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique. This walk qualifies for the Iowa Counties Program, Jefferson County.
