Event information
Open 24/7. You will walk along the Mississippi River and through downtown Davenport and the Village of East Davenport. The trail is on city sidewalks and paved bike paths. It is mostly flat and will accommodate the use of strollers and wheelchairs. The route is along the Mississippi River. The walker will see various city highlights of Davenport and the Village of East Davenport. Please keep in mind this walk is on a multi-use trail- share the trail with bicycles.

Driving to the start box
200 East 3rd St. From I-80 E: Exit 278 ( I-74) to Exit 4. Follow exit ramp onto 13th to Grant. Turn right on Grant (Hwy 67) which becomes E River in Davenport. After 3 miles, turn right on E. 4th, continue to Pershing (3 intersections). Parking behind Hotel Blackhawk. I-80 W: Straight on I-74/I-280. Follow I-74 to Exit 4 (1st exit in Iowa) to Grant (1-way, Hwy 67 S) to Davenport. Becomes E. River in Davenport. After 3 miles, turn right on E 4th, continue to Pershing (3 intersections). Parking behind Hotel Blackhawk.
