Come help our club celebrate its 40th anniversary! Walk on sidewalks around Magnolia neighborhoods, enjoying amazing views of Puget Sound and the Olympics. Explore upscale residential neighborhoods and shops in a small business district. 10K route goes into Discovery Park on dirt/gravel paths, for more views and a Korean War veterans memorial. Both routes will go through a farmers' market (open 10am-2pm). ESVA challenges: Frontline Heroes: Delivery (US Post Office), Essential (Fire Station), Medical (Dentist), Sustenance (several). That's Entertainment: Crafts/Hobbies (Westerly Studio - art supplies and classes), Cultural (Magnolia's Bookstore). AVA Veteran's challenge is ONLY on 10K route.

Restrooms near Start/Finish, and in parks along route. (Community Center is closed, but there is a restroom by the ball field next to the center.)

Driving to the start
2550 34th Ave W, Seattle WA 98199. From I-5: Exit #167. Continue onto Mercer St. RIGHT on Elliott Ave W. RIGHT into Exit Only lane at sign for Magnolia Bridge. RIGHT on W Galer St Flyover, staying in RIGHT lane. Stay on Magnolia Bridge as it goes uphill. Before reaching the top, move to LEFT lane. Continue on W Galer St and follow this primary street as it becomes Magnolia Blvd W, then curves onto Clise Pl W, then curves LEFT onto W Lynn St. RIGHT on 34th Ave W. Start is on right in a couple blocks. (Sign for Magnolia Community Center is hard to see.) Use on-street parking. Community Center is closed for renovation, so tables will be on parking strip in front.
