Event comments
This walk consists of two 5km walks both starting in Lenape Park. The first 5km walk is rated 2A and goes through the town of Perkasie passing a Carousel in Menlo Park, downtown Perkasie, residential areas and macadam paths next to the eastern branch of the Perkiomen Creek. The second 5km walk has 2 path options, one rated 1B and the other rated 1C. Both options follow a macadam path next to the Perkiomen Creek then on sidewalks through downtown Sellersville; it then proceeds over a short section of grass to a Labyrinth. At the Labyrinth, the walker can choose either the 1B option to (more or less) retrace his/her steps on macadam paths back to the starting point or the 1C option that includes a 0.8km section on a narrow dirt trail (possibly muddy) next to the Perkiomen Creek back to the starting point.
