This walk is rated 1B. There are no significant hills. The walking surfaces in town are entirely on macadam or sidewalk. Outside of town some of the paths are on dirt or gravel for a short distance.

Event information
The 6, 7, and 10k routes start out together and remain together for about 3k. The 6k route includes downtown Quakertown before going across town for a portion of historic Main Street. The 7k and 10k routes include the entire 6k route and all of historic Main Street. The 10k also goes through a recreational area north of town. Downtown and several points along Main Street are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
