Event information
Avalon Park is an 1,860-acre neighborhood located in southeast Orange County, nestled beside the serene, natural surroundings of the Econlockhatchee River. Avalon Park has 240 acres of wetlands, 400 acres of upland preserve, 250 acres of man-made lakes, walking/biking trails. The residential areas are tree-lined and easily walked on the 5 or 10K routes. Walk at your pace using detailed directions and enjoy the lakes and woodlands. Register between 8:30 and 10 AM and finish by 1 PM. Cost is $3 per person; children under 13 are free unless walking for credit. Lunch follows at a local restaurant.

Driving to the start
Publix at 3400 Avalon Park E Blvd, Orlando, from Orlando is via FL408E to exit 21. Right on Alafaya Tr. for x mi. Left on Avalon Park Blvd. for 5 mi. Turn left after 0.8 mi on Auburn Cove Ln. to Publix on the right. Registration will be to the left of the entrance. Via FL417S exit onto FL408E and follow above diredtions. From Titusville on FL50W, right on Avalon Park Blvd for 4 mi. Turn left at Auburn Cove Ln. to Publix on the left. From FL528E/W use exit 19 Innovation Way and drive x mi. Right on Avalon Park Blvd. for 0.8 mi. Left on Auburn Cove Ln to publix on the left.
