Leg one of Sea Witch triathlon. Walks feature the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk (or walk on the beach), Rehoboth Beach shops/restaurants, parks/lake & (10k) wooded Henlopen Acres.

Town walk includes boardwalk, right on Atlantic Ocean, small park, beach cottages, shops/restaurants, bandstand, plenty of fresh, salt air. Canal trail is wooded natural path along canal.

Biking Route is along paved surface, three trailheads which has a lot of visitors enjoying the sights. While enjoy the trail you will see the shipping traffic to and from the Port of Baltimore.

This bike route is along the Georgetown-Lewes Trail, a wide flat multi-use paved trail that stretches approximately 8 miles (trail currently being extended to eventually reach Georgetown).

Come explore the historic town of Milford Delaware and also walk the Mispillion Riverwalk. Enjoy a nature trail as well as historic homes and shops. The Milford Farmers Market will also be open!

Come explore the charming town of Milton Delaware on the Broadkill River. This area is full of history and a short drive from the Delaware Beaches. You can even stop at Dogfish Head Brewery.

Starting in Rehoboth Beach you will join the Junction and Breakwater Trail through Cape Henlopen State Park and the Gordons Pond Trail. Make sure you stop at Herring Point to checkout the Ocean view.
