Visit the buildings, monuments and statuary in the capitol complex then stroll thru a neighborhood of historical homes. Come in October to see them decked out for Halloween!

Highlights include Idlewild Park with it's Rose Garden, Native American sculpture, Police Officer Memorial and playground. The popular River Walk follows the Truckee river thru downtown Reno.

Stroll thru the historical yet tech savvy University of Nevada campus on the way to Rancho San Rafael park, a quiet oasis with botanical gardens and a museum.
