Event information
Ask for walk binder at photo counter. Walgreen's hours: Sun - Sat 9 am-9 pm. This walk is within the City of Litchfield, Illinois. Gives one a taste of rural life with some industry in a community in middle Illinois. Visit the History Museum and Route 66 Welcome Center opened in 2013! Parts of the trail would be difficult for strollers or handicapped conveyances. Walk dawn to dusk only.

Driving to the start box
1202 West Union Ave., Litchfield, IL. From north or south, use I-55, exit 52, go east on IL Rt. 16 approximately 1/2 mile . From East or West use IL. Rte. 16, go east from junction Rt. 16 and I55 approximately 1/2 mile. Walgreen's is located on the south side of IL. Rte. 16.
