The trail will take you along the Arkansas River. It is on a maintained dirt trail with moderate hills at an altitude of 5332 ft. Pets allowed on leash. Plenty of RV parking at the trailhead.

Driving to the start box
2801 E. Main St., Canon City, CO 81212Entering Canon City from the east on US50, continue to Raynolds Avenue. Turn south (left) on Raynolds Avenue and proceed to Man Street. Turn east (left) and the gas station is on your left.
