Event information
Walk through the downtown Nat'l Historic District, the CWU campus and city parks. You'll go by art galleries, historic buildings, the historic train station, and Dick and Jane's Spot. Event has been partially revised for 2021. Pets on leash only. The 6K is a 1K extension to the 5K that goes to the historic train station. The 15K is a 5K extension to the 10K on city paths and sidewalks north of CWU. Wa. State Challenges: 39 Cos. - Kittitas, D/W/B - Winery, Historic Train Stations.

Driving to the start box
211 W. Umptanum Rd, Ellensburg, Wa. 98926. On I-90 WB or EB, take Exit 109. Turn right on Canyon Road to Umptanum Road (stoplight). Turn left on Umptanum, cross railroad tracks. Best Western on right. Daily, dawn to dusk. Ask for "walk box" at registration desk. After registering, you will drive 1.2 miles to the walk start.
