Route is along many roads without sidewalks. Strollers fine, but wheelchairs may be challenged. Dogs welcome with leash and cleanup. Trail rating is close to a 1A: one route has a slight hill that pushes it to an easy 2.

Event information
Come enjoy the charm of Old Town Orcutt, with its roots in agriculture and the oil industry. Both the 5K and the 10K treat the walker to strolls along country roads, past brewery and winery tasting rooms, outdoor cafes, and charming antique shops. Enjoy nice neighborhoods and a quaint, shop-lined Old Town. Enjoy a refreshing beverage or snack after your walk at the Wine Stone Inn bar!

Driving to the start box
Wine Stone Inn, 255 W Clark Ave, Orcutt, CA 93455 From Highway 101: Exit Clark Avenue, proceed West (away from the agricultural fields, towards town). Continue on Clark Ave for about 2.8 miles (past Jack in the Box and the overpass). Coming up the small hill, drive through Old Orcutt past two stop signs, and the two-story Wine Stone Inn will be on the right at the end of town. Parking lot is small, so please park in the dirt lot across the street. Ask for the walking binder at the front desk.
