Event comments

Registration begins at 7:00 AM, and the trail opens at 8:00 AM. All walkers must by signed in and on the trail by 1:00 PM. NO LATE STARTS ARE PERMITTED. Advise entrance gate workers that you are participating in the Volksmarch because there is a discounted entrance fee for Volksmarchers of $10 for one person, $15 for two people, and $20 or three or more people in one car. This entrance fee is in addition to the $3 per person fee which will be charged at the registration table. The walk can be canceled at any time due to weather conditions on the mountain, and there will be NO refunds if this occurs.
