Excellent NYC Street Map: Street Smart NYC Manhattan with special "Midtown" detail available through vandam.com or in stores. As alternative to using the Online Start Box, the event POC supports REMOTE REGISTRATION where emails and US mail to/from the POC are used to request event registration, send directions, collect event fees, and provide stamped insert cards or books.
