The event routes make use of the Park's existing trail system, which offers unimproved, but groomed paths that meander through mostly flat and forested areas. If doing the 10-K route, moderate inclines may be encountered.

Event information

1) The A-Award is a 2-1/4 inch single die cast medal with a scenic photo from an Indiana State Park. The cost for the Header, Bar and IVV credit is $16. 2) A gate fee may be charged to enter the park. Currently it is $7 for Indiana plated vehicles and $9 for out-of-state plated vehicles. 3) Warm and humid weather may be anticipated; the opposite may also be true. In any case, dress for the weather and carry water with you along the route. 4) ALL times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Driving to the start

Start Point in vicinity of Potato Creek State Park Nature Center, 25601 SR 4, North Liberty, IN 46554. At the intersection of US 31 and SR 4 exit Westbound onto SR 4. Follow the signs to Potato Creek State Park. Upon entering the Park follow the signs to the Nature Center. Upon arrival at the Nature Center look for IVV banner.
