Walk on crushed rock rail bed alongside Rattlesnake Lake past the Cedar Falls Education Center and along the Palouse to Cascades Trail (formerly Iron Horse Trail.) Trails to Cedar Butte and Christmas Lake are dirt and have uneven footing. Walking sticks recommended for 10/11k. This is a mountain walk and not recommended during inclement weather
