The event route makes use of the Park's existing bike trail, which is paved and meanders through a mostly flat and forested area. Minor inclines will be encountered. Trail may be snow covered or icy.

Event information

1) For All Volkssporting events on IN-DNR properties during 2023 there is a 2-1/4 inch die cast medal with a scenic photo from an Indiana State Park, which is offered as an A-Award. The Cost for the Header, Bar and IVV Credit is $16. 2) A gate fee may be charged to enter the Park. Currently it is $7 for Indiana plated vehicles and $9 for out-of-state plated vehicles. 3) Pets must be kept on leashes, and owners are responsible for clean-up after their pet.

Driving to the start

Start Point in vicinity of the Potato Creek State Park Nature Center, 25601 SR 54, North Liberty, Indiana 46554. At intersection of US 31 and SR 4 exit Westbound onto SR 4 toward LaPorte. Follow the signs to Potato Creek State Park. Upon entering the Park follow the signs to the Nature Center. Upon arrival at the Nature Center look for the IVV Banner.
