Event comments
The walk will allow you to see a small newer community that was established in the 1980's. Many walking trails were constructed as a part of the town's move for a new electric powerhouse. Great views of Hamilton Mountain and other smaller peaks, the Columbia River and Bonneville Dam. Ft Cascades trail is in a wooded area that has markers on what used to be in the area. Lots of wildlife can be seen. In the park trails are many full sized Big Foot wood statues hidden in the trees, woods, ball fields, and golf course and especially on the Big Foot Trail. ESVA Challenge: Rivers.
