Event information
The 16km circles White Rock Lake with impressive views of downtown Dallas, the Dallas Arboretum, and the homes and gardens surrounding the lake. The 10km and 6km follow the east shore of the lake. The lake is a popular spot for walkers, runners, cyclists, and sailors (2 marinas). Restrooms and fountains are located along the trail, but please carry water.Rail/bus option: #60 bus runs between Downtown Dallas and LBJ/Skillman DART Rail Station, with stop at White Rock Medical Center (corner of Buckner and Poppy). See www.dart.org.

This event also has a physical start box. These are the driving directions:
1151 N. Buckner Blvd. North or south on Buckner, turn left at the Professional Building and park between the Professional Building and the Medical Center. Walk around behind the Medical Center. Enter automatic door below "Hospital Entrance" sign, to Communication Office, Rm 112, across from women's restroom. Ask for Walk Box. Open daily.
