Kirkwood is located in the western suburbs of St. Louis. It was the first planned suburb located west of the Mississippi River. The train station is of Richardsonian Romanesque style built in 1893.

Event information
Trail follows shaded streets through beautiful historic residential neighborhoods, small business area, and Kirkwood park. Note the farmer's market and many restaurants and stores.

KirkwoodLibrary: 140 E Jefferson Ave, Kirkwood, MO: From I-64, exit Lindbergh Blvd south and travel approximately 4 miles to East Jefferson Ave; turn left. The library is on your right at the end of the block. From I-44, exit 277B, Lindbergh Blvd or US 50-61-67 north and travel about 1.5 miles to East Jefferson; turn right, the library is on your right at the end of the block.
