Walk over the historic Tower Bridge that connects West Sacramento to Sacramento and continue on the riverfront Promenade. Visit the historic Crocker Art Museum and its modern counterpart. On returning to West Sacramento, walk by Sutter Health Park, home of the Sac River Cats baseball team. Stroll through the new community center, and visit the library building to admire the artwork inside and out.

From Sacramento take US-50/Business 80/Cap City Fwy to Jefferson Blvd exit, turn right on Jefferson Blvd, turn right on Merkley Ave. From Davis take I-80 east and merge on US-50, take Jefferson Blvd exit, turn left on Jefferson Blvd, right on Merkley.
