Event information
Trail Highlights: Two distinctive walks, separated by a 10-minute (4 mile) drive. The village of East Greenwich is located on the western shore of Narragansett Bay. Volkssporters will pass by 18th and 19th century houses and learn about Nathanael Greene, James M. Varnum and the Kentish Guards. Lots of eateries on Main St. for hungry volkssporters! The walk through Goddard Memorial State Park, popular with walkers, bikers and horseback riders, is pleasant and boasts beautiful water views.
