Event comments
The 5KM was has been revised and now includes the Kronberg nature park trail and Main Street of Milwaukie.The following challenges are found on this walk. AVA: Centurion & States. OTSVA Challenges: Murals, Overlooks, Pedestrian Bridges, Peace Pole, Railroads, Rivers, Salons/Spa, Taxes, Trails, Totem Poles, Vietnamese. Fed Ex or UPS, X-Rays. Zero, Zodiac and Zones. Walkers can also get credit for all of the older challenges of OTSVA Challenges. ESVA: Rails to Trails & That's Entertainment (Crafts, Cultural, Sports Venue & Rivers). 2024 Oregon Challenge - Peace Poles. For the Labyrinth before turning left onto 25th take the stairs up (apppears to be a home) to view the labyrinth, go down the other stairs on 25th. 10k route has been recenty revised, you should be able to see the peace pole as you walk along the route.

There is no location for the PSB - You must contact the POC to register. You will be walking through established neighborhoods as you make your way to downtown Milwaukie known as the city of Dogwood Trees. Daily 5 am to 9 pm. Look for the 2 different peace poles.Effective March19, 2024, this walk has been changed to an OSB/PSB walk. This walk binder is with the POC - You will need to make arrangements with the POC to do the walk by the PSB. Otherwise you may register using the OSB system,,

This event also has a physical start box. These are the driving directions:
Intersection SE 32nd Avenue and SE Llewellyn St, Milwaukie, OR 97222. From I-205 take Milwaukie Exit #13. Follow signs to OR224 towards Milwaukie. Right on Harrison (if coming from 99E (McLoughlin Blvd) turn Left on Harrison) to 32nd Ave. Left on 32nd Ave. - Right on SE Llewellyn St. Left into the parking lot on your left the very first entrance.Walk now starts from the corner of SE 32nd Ave & SE Llewellyn St. Do Not Go Up to the Hospital Area.The PSB is with the POC, you must contact the POC to register.
