Currently the "Walk Binder" is not located at Good Samaritan Hospital - contact the POC by email to have the instructions/map emailed to you, this change is due to the current hospital restrictions for entering. PLEASE NOTE Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital has changed their parking policies. To park in their parking structure you need a parking validation pass. So now use on street parking since we do not have access to parking validation passes. If you don't have a pass, you are subject to a $65.00 Cost to Leave the parking structure. It is suggested the best area to park on the street near NW 24th Avenue or NW 25th Avenue (3 to 5 blocks away), there are normally 4 hour free parking spaces and you can normally find parking spaces available most of the time. This walk does qualify for OTSVA 2021 (Vietnamese Food, Vegetables, Victorian House, X-ray, FaXes, Zodiac (Chinese-Ram's Head)) 2020 (Salon/Spa, Statues, Totem, Trail, Trial, Unique, University, Used) 2019 (Nature, Noodles, Nuts & Overlook) 2018 (Ink, Images, Italian, Java & Jewelry) 2017 (Hospitals, High Schools & Historic Homes)ESVA - 2015 (Birth, School & Vows) AVA - 50 States & Centurion MAIL IN FEES WALK ONLY!
