Acquired in 2003, Wm. Sheffield Regional Park is the city's newest regional park spanning nearly 385 acres throughout a former dairy farm on the Northside of Jacksonville. Amenities include grills, ponds, two soccer and football fields, picnic pavilion, fishing pier and recreational trails. It is the fifth largest regional park in Jacksonville. The 5k & 10k walks will be on natural trails through the woods and around two large ponds. The 10k will continue on around the football/soccer fields and then through a nearby neighborhood.

Driving to the start
3659 Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, Fl. Take I-295N to exit 40 for Alta Dr., Keep right at the fork to continue toward Alta Dr., Merge onto Alta Dr and continue for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto New Berlin Rd for .9 miles.Turn left onto Sheffield Park Dr. to parking lot on right in 50 ft.
