how to get to the event

Driving to the start

Park expecting huge crowd, recommend getting 'day entry pass' starting Mar 8 at www.tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/park-information and select 'day passes'. After paying entry fee $7 adult (free with state park pass) or showing 'day pass', continue straight toward the day-use, boat ramp, and swimming area. Turn left just past the boat ramp and continue on park road along the shore. Pass the swim area, then left of road to pavilion at the end. Look for Dallas Trekker club sign.
